Qualifications:

  • Preferred CAD proficiency
  • Preferred 3+ years of estimating and designing in the green industry
  • Able to conduct a thorough site analysis
  • Able to calculate related quantities for soil, plants, mulch and labor
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoys challenges and problem solving

Responsibilities:

  • Estimating and design commercial landscape
  • Generate commercial construction Landscape bids and all the change orders
  • Support Business Developer with transition from lead through proposal to signed contract and hand off to production
  • Execute all annual color bed designs and plans
  • Interfaces with Business Developer to ensure all client concerns are addressed in a timely professional manner
