IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER - 2ND SHIFT - $24/HOUR

Job Description

This position involves the production of high-quality medical devices primarily in a clean room environment. The role includes the formulation of polymers, spray coating formulations, and the operation of various equipment and machinery to produce medical devices.

Additional Information:

2nd Shift: 2pm start time Monday through Friday

$24/hr - need some type of production or medical device assembly

No Interview required

*Start times may be adjusted depending on the specific operations assigned. We do ask teammates to work overtime on weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery to produce medical devices that meet specified requirements.
  • Follow manufacturing instructions and update relevant job documentation for accurate traceability.
  • Prepare products for packing and sterilization.
  • Conduct product inspections using a microscope.
  • Ensure activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Set up coating machines and apply coatings, inspect, and fold balloon catheters.
  • Prepare excipient and spray coating formulations and test them.
  • Package sterile and non-sterile finished goods or semi-finished goods.
  • Identify supplies that need replenishment.
  • Build components needed for top-level work orders.
  • Complete required cleaning activities.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in English (medium level).
  • Comfortable standing for the entire shift.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Comfortable working with chemicals.
  • 1+ year experience in the medical device industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with microscope inspection is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom gowning and degowning processes.
  • High School diploma or equivalent education.

Work Environment
