Scope of the role:

  • Sales Champion : You'll seek out potential clients, key decision-makers, and healthcare facilities. Use your excellent communication skills to showcase our products, leaving clients excited about the possibilities they offer.
  • Relationship Building: Forge lasting relationships with existing and prospect clients. Serve as their trusted advisor by understanding their unique challenges and goals.
  • Be Present in Surgical Settings: You'll work in healthcare and surgical environments, where you'll provide healthcare professionals with real-time guidance and solutions.
  • Product Expert: Deep dive into the technical capabilities of our foot and ankle medical devices and educate new and prospect clients on the proper use and maintenance.
  • Facilitate On-Time Delivery: Manage the timely delivery of products while overseeing a sample inventory. Be able to swiftly resolve product-related issues for clients.
  • Exceed Sales Targets : Rise to the challenge of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals in your assigned territory. Keep Central Florida Distributor updated on progress.
  • Sales Management: Keep meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
  • On-Call Support: Be ready to provide on-call support to our clients. This may involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure their needs are met promptly.

What you bring to the role:

  • Passion for Healthcare : Demonstrate a genuine passion for making a positive impact on patients' lives and the healthcare industry.
  • Sales Savvy: Proven track record in medical device sales or a related field, with the motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of foot and ankle medical technologies and a quick learner when it comes to product details, as well as orthopedic concepts.
  • Availability: Be available to work long and irregular hours, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays if needed, to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance: A valid driver's license and vehicle to ensure your mobility and readiness to serve our clients.
  • Meet Physical Demands: Capable of carrying weights up to 50 lbs. and wearing a 7-9 lb. protective lead apron during operations.
