Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management (MDM)

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of a new enterprise MDM Hub, ensuring future scalability and alignment with S/4 transformation requirements.
  • Define MDM data models, governance rules, integration standards, and data quality frameworks.
  • Work across business and technical teams to harmonize global and regional master data processes.
  • Assess and define integration patterns between MDM platforms, SAP systems, cloud applications, and downstream systems.

Lead key initiatives related to:

  • MDM hub implementation
  • Data migration frameworks
  • Master data harmonization
  • Cloud integration and automation
  • Future enterprise data platforms or components
  • Provide strategic guidance on long-term architecture evolution and modernization.

Architect endtoend SAP solutions supporting S/4 readiness and future-state ERP capabilities.

  • Conduct solution reviews to ensure architectural consistency and compliance with enterprise standards.

HighComplexity Engineering and Delivery

  • Lead engineering efforts involving advanced integrations, complex workflows, system extensions, and custom data components.
  • Direct the design and execution of POCs and pilot initiatives to validate new technologies, architectural patterns, or data governance capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex system interoperability, data flow, and performance issues.
  • Provide handson leadership during system design, build, testing, and deployment phases.

Oversight of External Support Organizations

Serve as the primary USbased technical lead overseeing deliverables from external support partners.

  • Ensure solution quality, architectural alignment, and adherence to standards across all vendor-delivered work.
  • Establish technical governance routines, code review processes, and architectural checkpoints.
  • Manage technical risks, escalations, and dependencies across vendors and internal teams.

S/4 Readiness and Future Initiatives

  • Drive preparation and readiness activities for the organization s S/4 transformation.

Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree required

Preferable certification in respective specialties (MDM Hub)
