Job Description:

We are seeking a contracts manager to drive sales contracts to closure and manage the operational workflow of commercial agreements across the organization. This role partners closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, Product Departments, and other internal teams to align on strategy and negotiate with customers. You will create and improve processes to enable the business to move quickly and effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Negotiation & Internal Alignment:
    • Manage the end-to-end sales contracting process, from NDA to purchase agreement execution to renewal or termination.
    • Identify risks in contract terms, weigh risk trade-offs, and propose solutions.'
    • Drive internal discussions and alignment from Legal, Sales, Sales Ops, Quality, Finance, and Product Lines to ensure that the right stakeholders have the right conversations to move agreements through the pipeline efficiently.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Build out and improve negotiation playbooks for common agreements.
    • Suggest improvements to standard contract terms
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and drive process improvements, especially using AI.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of contract management experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and setting direction without structured processes.
  • Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using AI for contract analysis is a plus.
  • Experience in a semiconductor, electronics, or technology company is a plus.
  • Occasional travel between Kirkland, WA and San Jose, CA office may be required for training, coordination, and cross-functional planning.
