Aitkin High School JV Girls Basketball Coach
Compensation: Based on Teacher's Contract 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Aitkin High School is seeking a dynamic, highly qualified candidate to serve as JV Girls Basketball Coach. Candidates are desired to have successful high school and/or collegiate level coaching experience, and related successful experiences in educational leadership. Candidates should be experienced in building a comprehensive program, developing staff, and managing diverse program-wide elements in accordance Aitkin High School vision. Finally, all candidates should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships between the Aitkin Gobblers Girls Basketball program and the local community. 
Coaches will have to maintain current CER's through the MSHSL website, as well as work with the Head Coach of the program to ensure all training and professional development remains up to date.
REPORTS TO:
Head Varsity Girls Basketball coach who provides overall job objectives and observes performance in conjunction with School and MSHL Policy.
