Job Title: Construction Contract Administrator
Location: Irvine, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 40-hour work week (in-office)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Contract Administrator to join our team. This role is critical to supporting project operations through contract administration, insurance compliance, financial processing, and general administrative support for project management staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction insurance requirements, subcontract administration, and accounting-related processes, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contract amp; Subcontract Administration
  • Generate, issue, and track subcontract contract packages
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance with contract requirements
  • Track subcontract change orders and supporting documentation
  • Maintain organized and accurate contract records
Insurance amp; Compliance
  • Review, process, and track subcontractor insurance documents
  • Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and contract-specific wording
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and subcontractors as needed
Accounting amp; Financial Support
  • Data entry for invoices and job cost information
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with preliminary notices, lien waivers, and closeout documentation
  • Support invoice tracking and payment status reporting
Administrative amp; Project Support
  • Provide daily administrative support to Project Managers
  • Assist with project documentation, reporting, and filing
  • Handle miscellaneous office duties as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction contract administration or similar role
