We have an opening for a Lead Maintenance Technician on the Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of all equipment, machinery, and systems within a facility. This role involves overseeing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. The Lead Maintenance Technician also plays a key role in training and mentoring junior technicians, maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Essential Functions:
  • Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing reliability and efficiency of equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, determining the root cause of issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for maintenance activities.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety among maintenance staff.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and maintenance logs.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to junior maintenance technicians, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.

Education and Experience:
