The Opportunity

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking licensed commercial HVAC contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients.

We manage facility maintenance across offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial properties that require reliable HVAC service, maintenance, and repair to maintain safe and comfortable environments.

This is an opportunity to access consistent, qualified service calls and maintenance programs without the need to prospect, bid blindly, or chase payments.

If you operate a structured HVAC business and are looking to supplement your pipeline with steady, well-managed commercial work, this may be a strong fit.

The selected contractor will provide commercial HVAC services, including:

  • Preventative maintenance (PM programs)
  • Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Filter changes and system inspections
  • Rooftop unit (RTU) service and maintenance

  • Thermostat and control checks
  • Emergency service response (as needed)
