Job description

Ruppert is a commercial landscape maintenance and construction company combined as a privately and employee-owned specialty contractor. A multi-state presence with a small company feel, our mission is to provide opportunities for our people, take care of our customers, and be good stewards of the environment and our community.
Responsibilities:
  • Train and mentor crewmembers for on-the-job training.
  • Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
  • Familiar with budgeted hours for each of your jobs. Monitor by reviewing job hours, reports, and job costs effectively.
  • Foster relationships with onsite customers
  • Driving quality and efficiency
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues in the field with communication to customer
  • Promote extra work through time and material work orders
  • Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment following company's guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage internal team members with proper training on equipment
  • Experience working with customers and building relationships
  • Minimum one year experience performing commercial contract maintenance
  • Ability to identify and diagnose, and treat plant palate diseases
  • Working knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record over the last three years.
