    Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with hands-on experience in Snowflake to design, develop, optimize, and maintain data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL expertise, experience in Snowflake data warehousing, and a solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and performance tuning. The role involves collaborating with business analysts, data engineers, and application teams to deliver scalable and high-performing data solutions.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
    • Design and implement data models, schemas, and database objects in Snowflake.
    • Build and support ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
    • Optimize Snowflake performance through query tuning, clustering, and warehouse management.
    • Create and manage Snowflake objects such as Tables, Views, Stages, Streams, Tasks, and File Formats.
    • Work with semi-structured data (JSON, XML, Parquet) in Snowflake.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
    • Monitor data quality and troubleshoot production issues.
    • Ensure database security, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
    • Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.

    Required Skills
    • Strong expertise in SQL with experience writing complex queries.
    • Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.
    • Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Matillion, dbt, Talend, or similar).
    • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Dimension Modeling).
    • Experience with Snowflake features such as:
      • Streams & Tasks
      • Snowpipe
      • Time Travel
      • Zero-Copy Cloning
      • Secure Data Sharing
      • Query Performance Tuning
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

    Qualifications
