Location: Alpharetta GA, Basking Ridge NJ, Irving TX (Hybrid) On-site
Long-term Contract
This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • We're looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, design scalable BI solutions, and deliver high-impact dashboards and reports that drive strategic decisions.
    • Experience with Teradata, Google Cloud Platform, and enterprise data warehouse environments.
    • Proficiency in Python and big data technologies.
    • Hands-on experience with Looker, Qlik, and Tableau.
    • Strong understanding of data validation, KPI frameworks, and data integrity practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Defines business enhancement and reporting requirements, including baseline functionality and system enhancements to augment business functions.
    Plans, designs and develops innovative BI solutions using Teradata and Google Cloud Platform enterprise data warehouse environments.
    Leverage Looker, Qlik & Tableau to create and deploy actionable dashboards for business owners to gauge performance and assist with analysis.
    Demonstrated proficiency with Python and experience with big data technology implementations.
    Foundational understanding of AI/Machine Learning technologies.
    Source and analyze data from various data repositories, validate data for consistency, and partner with IT teams to ensure data integrity and KPI calculations.
    Provides overall guidance for data quality and business reporting.
    Develops and documents BI coding and naming standards, templates and metadata.
    Ensures BI environment is optimized to address business requirements by designing and creating tables, diagnosing and repairing user and performance issues, and testing, monitoring and tuning software.
