Job description

Responsibilities
  • Support the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and customer requirements
  • Partner with program managers and engineering teams to align contract scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Support proposal development, including review of RFPs, terms, and conditions
  • Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks while enabling business objectives
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including government customers and subcontractors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, Legal Studies, or related field
  • 2-5+ years of experience in contracts management, preferably in government or defense sectors
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and federal contracting processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
