Pool Construction Laborer
Position Overview:
Applicants MUST have a valid license, and reliable transportation to Office/job sites each day. Applicants must also be comfortable traveling to various locations and willing to work outdoors in a range of weather conditions.
We are looking for positive, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join our team. We work throughout the central Florida area building, finishing and renovating a wide range of commercial and residential swimming pools
Pay will be based upon experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities include:
  • General laborer duties as assigned
  • Load and unload construction materials
  • Preparing materials, tools, and equipment
  • Consult team leaders and manager on construction plans
  • Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials
  • Ensure all equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs frequently
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions on a daily basis
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
