MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career-driven, and customer-focused Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst to join our team onsite in Washington, D.C.
This position is highly independent and focuses on solving complex technical and business matters. The ideal candidate may assume a team lead role and will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the supply chain operates efficiently and supports the organization's mission objectives.
The analyst monitors and expedites the flow of goods, resources, and information to support critical supply chain processes, ensuring organizational goals are met. This role requires collaboration across procurement, production, inventory, transportation, and distribution functions to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and support supplier engagement. The candidate may also assist in negotiating contracts and service arrangements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as a specialist in technical or business matters.
  • Monitor and expedite the flow of goods, resources, and information to support effective supply chain operations
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other key functions to optimize the supply chain
  • Identify bottlenecks and problem areas; escalate or recommend corrective actions
  • Work directly with suppliers to resolve logistical issues
  • May support negotiation of contracts and service-level agreements
  • Assume a leadership role within work groups as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; 14 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree
  • 4+ years of relevant supply chain, logistics, or operations experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with the U.S. Navy, including roles such as: Active duty, Government civilian, or Support contractor
  • Familiarity with NAVSEA technical authorities (e.g., NAVSEA 05)
  • Experience supporting U.S. Navy Program Managers in an analytical role

Clearance Requirement:
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally required to move about the office to access files, equipment, and interact with staff.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
  • May be required to deliver presentations or briefings to team members and stakeholders

The projected compensation range for this position is $63,800.00-$105,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
