Title: Molding Assembly Technician
Location: Libertyville, IL

Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Molding Assembly Technician to support injection molding and assembly operations. The role includes machine setup, component assembly, process monitoring, and ensuring product quality in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate injection molding machines and equipment
  • Install/remove molds, tooling, and fixtures
  • Assemble molded components as per instructions
  • Monitor parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
  • Perform quality checks and inspections
  • Troubleshoot minor defects and maintain records
  • Follow safety and manufacturing standards

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing
  • Basic knowledge of molding processes and equipment

Preferred Skills:
