Ontario Auto Ranch Ford is looking for a motivated Used Car Technician who wants the opportunity to stay busy, produce strong hours, and build a long-term automotive career in a fast-moving environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and wants consistent workflow without being buried in heavy warranty repair work every day.

Unlike many dealership technician positions, this role focuses heavily on used vehicle reconditioning, internal work, and customer-pay opportunities. Warranty work is limited primarily to recalls and supplemental opportunities — not the primary source of income.

For the right technician, this position offers excellent earning potential and a far better work-life balance than many large metro dealership environments.
