Set across 1,800 acres, the Ranch features championship golf courses, lodging, restaurants, pools, spa, trails, a private lake, and year-round recreation.
Working here means being part of a collaborative team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences in one of the Pacific Northwest's most beautiful settings.


We are hiring Player Assistants for our busy summer season, running from April through October. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, understands the game of golf, and likes interacting with a variety of guests.

Our ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of golf, communicates professionally, and can help maintain an enjoyable pace of play while providing a high level of guest service. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.


What You'll Do:

Support pace of play to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all golfers

Communicate course expectations and guidelines in a friendly, professional manner

Help maintain course appearance and overall presentation

Assist the golf shop team as needed

Provide exceptional service to homeowners and guests


What We're Looking For:

General knowledge of the game of golf

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license

Compensation:

$15.00/hour


Part-time positions available, with potential for full-time hours
