  • Home health RN with 2+ years experience
  • Must have OASIS experience to be considered
  • EPIC experience required as well
  • Working M-F 8-4:30pm, will see 3-6 patients per day on average depending on cases being opened and coverage territory
  • Bucks County area , typically consolidated and will be discuss further in an interview
