Position Description
  • Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.
  • Supports customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes.
  • Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
  • Executes and/or organizes relevant testing.
  • Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes.
  • Develops service levels to fulfill business requirements.
  • Performs 2nd-level user help desk activities, including individual coaching and trainings.

  • Expected to adopt existing concepts and methodologies to create and open up new ways of approaching and fulfilling specific internal and external client requests or project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • "Senior Professional" positions require senior professional expertise, with extensive functional, commercial, and/or technical knowledge in an area of competence.
