Cedar Rapids, IA | Contract Position


Are you an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership within a growing and collaborative organization in the Cedar Rapids area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing priorities, coordinating schedules, and serving as a trusted partner to executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and meeting notes
  • Screen and prioritize communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
  • Assist with planning company events, leadership meetings, and special projects
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and help drive key initiatives forward
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Support general office operations and administrative functions as needed


3+ years of Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or related experience

Strong calendar management and scheduling experience supporting leadership teams

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
