Job Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead with strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Python to lead our DevOps strategy and implementation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and optimizing cloud infrastructure while mentoring a team of DevOps engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Write and maintain scripts using Python for automation and system integration.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
  • Implement security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams for seamless delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
