Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design and implement enterprise-grade reporting, dashboards, and observability solutions in support of SDLC control frameworks. The ideal candidate will collaborate across engineering, security, compliance, and executive stakeholder teams to deliver scalable, automated reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and understand existing SDLC control framework, control definitions, and reporting requirements
  • Identify and document data sources required to measure each control
  • Design reporting architecture and data models supporting scalable SDLC control reporting
  • Build interactive dashboards and scorecards for engineering leadership, risk, compliance, and executive stakeholders
  • Develop automated reporting measuring control compliance, control effectiveness, and portfolio-level performance
  • Establish data quality validation and reconciliation processes
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, DevOps, platform, and governance teams to validate metrics
  • Document dashboard logic, metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting processes
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to enable internal team maintenance
Required Skills
  • Observability stack: ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana
  • Python programming
  • Linux command-line proficiency
  • DevOps pipeline tools: XLR, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
