Tu assures une experience candidat.e exceptionnelle au sein de l'equipe Talent et Culture lors de ce mandat contractuel de 6 a 8 semaines. Ce que tu feras : Prendre en charge tout l'aspect transactionnel et operationnel du processus de recrutement (entrevues telephoniques, entrevues en presentiel, suivis de candidature, mise a jour de dossiers, etc.). Gerer le processus d'embauche complet de masse du centre de distribution et du service a la clientele

Atteindre les objectifs d'embauche hebdomadaires et mensuels. Proceder aux verifications de credit et d'antecedent judiciaire pour les candidat.e.s choisi.e.s. Participer a d'autres projets ressources humaines

Qui tu es : DEC ou Baccalaureat en administration, profil ressources humaines ou formation equivalente. Maitrise de la Suite Google (Gmail, Google Sheets) et connaissance des normes du travail. Rigueur, sens aigu de l'organisation et grande autonomie.

Run with it. Have fun. The role : As a Recruitment Coordinator, you primarily support hiring for our distribution center to meet weekly targets.

You ensure an exceptional candidate experience within the Talent and Culture team during this mandate of 6-8 weeks. What you'll do : Manage the full-cycle mass hiring process for the distribution center to meet weekly and monthly goals. Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and maintain rigorous candidate follow-ups.

Organize and execute recruitment events directly at our distribution center. Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for new hires. Update recruitment files and ensure administrative follow-up for all hires.

Perform credit and criminal background checks for selected candidates. Who you are : DEC or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent training. Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets) and knowledge of labor standards.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of autonomy. Demonstrate sound judgment, openness, and a proactive approach. Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
