The Position:
Under the direction of the Corporate Counsel, the Contract Analyst will review, analyze, edit and negotiate all incoming and outgoing contracts for our family of five companies.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Main responsibility will be reviewing, subcontracts, service, access, and material agreements; equipment rental agreements, pre-bid reviews, internal contract templates and other legal contracts and agreements
  • Assisting with drafting agreements using standard templates
  • Conducting legal and governmental research

Requirements:
  • Paralegal Degree or Certificate
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • At least 3-5 years of experience desired

Preferred Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, conflict management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience using DocuSign and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong sense of urgency; good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing needs of the legal department while managing a high volume of work
