Location: Wauwatosa, Wisconsin (Onsite)
Position Overview
Associate CAD Design Engineer to support the design and development of motorcycle components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Creo CAD software and expertise in designing plastic, soft foam, and metallic components. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to develop innovative, manufacturable, and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and modify 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings using Creo.
  • Design and develop plastic, soft foam, and metallic components for motorcycle applications.
  • Support product development from concept through production.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
  • Perform engineering change management and maintain CAD documentation.
  • Review component designs for fit, form, function, tolerance, and assembly requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews and implement feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in CAD design engineering.
