  • Support CLM data governance to ensure data consistency, compliance, and accuracy across systems
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity; identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with the Contract Management team

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on contract data models, abstraction standards, and delivery milestones

Contract Data Migrations

  • Support contract data mapping, transformation logic, and migration from multiple systems into a single CLM platform
  • Advise on migration strategy to enable downstream integrations and reporting
  • Oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of migrated metadata
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, assess upstream/downstream impacts, and document processes

Contract Data Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for business and operational performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to deliver actionable insights
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and present clear, data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Standardize reporting and ensure accuracy across business units

Process Rollout & Stakeholder Enablement

  • Partner with business users, leadership, and technical teams to align data initiatives with organizational goals
  • Clearly communicate insights and findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Support training, adoption, and change management for new data tools, reporting solutions, and governance practices

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years working directly with contract and/or financial data
  • Direct experience with contract management activities and CLM systems (Conga CLM or similar strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting data governance, data management, and analytics initiatives
  • Strong data analysis skills, including use of AI‑enabled tools where applicable
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
  • Experience defining data models and authoring data dictionaries (preferred)
  • Hands‑on experience with data migration projects and transformation efforts
  • Experience in B2B sales, procurement, or contract technology environments
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to build end‑to‑end data processes
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
