This role will combine strong technical expertise with business and financial acumen to develop business cases, financial and operational models, portfolio dashboards, executive decision packages, and benefit-validation reporting.The successful candidate will be a hands-on individual contributor who can move from an ambiguous business problem to a trusted fact base, analytical model, executive recommendation, and sustainable reporting solution. This individual will work closely with Finance leadership, business units, IT, data engineering, and cross-functional teams and will have experience with data modeling, visualization, automation, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Qlik or similar tools, Python, SQL, and related analytics approaches.Key Responsibilities:Transformation Analytics and Business CasesTranslate complex business issues into clear analytical questions, hypotheses, data requirements, and decision criteria.Own business cases for transformation initiatives, including baseline performance, investment requirements, expected benefits, risks, dependencies, sensitivities, and value-realization timing.Build financial and operational models to evaluate revenue, margin, cost, cash, inventory, capacity, productivity, service, and other key drivers.Perform diagnostic, scenario, sensitivity, and driver-based analysis to quantify tradeoffs and support management decisions.Partner with Finance and functional leaders to validate assumptions, reconcile initiative economics, and refresh business cases as conditions change.Data Modeling, Analytics, and AutomationExtract, combine, cleanse, transform, and analyze data from financial, commercial, planning, manufacturing, operational, and other enterprise systems.Use SQL, Python, scripting, advanced spreadsheet techniques, and similar tools to automate data preparation, perform analysis, and build repeatable models.Develop trusted data models that support consistent financial and operational analysis, forecasting, and performance management.Identify opportunities to apply predictive, diagnostic, optimization, AI, or automation approaches to transformation priorities.Partner with IT and data engineering teams to define requirements for development activities and improve data access, infrastructure, data quality, integration, governance, and reporting automation.Portfolio Dashboards and Executive Decision SupportDesign and maintain tools, dashboards, workflows, etc., for business partners as well as for the transformation team covering scope, milestones, decisions, risks, dependencies, resources, adoption, and value realization.Standardize metrics, hierarchies, master-data definitions, and calculation logic across transformation initiatives.Use Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Qlik, or similar tools to create intuitive, decision-oriented visualizations for executive audiences.Own the analytical content of executive decision packages, including options, quantified impacts, risks, recommendations, decision owners, and required timing.Maintain decision logs and supporting datasets to create traceability from management decision through implementation and outcome. Apply appropriate development methodologies to test and release items to production.Benefit Validation and Business PartnershipDefine benefit baselines, KPIs, calculation methods, data sources, owners, and validation cadence at the start of each initiative.Track forecast, implemented, realized, and Finance-validated value and investigate variances between expected and actual outcomes.Ensure reported benefits are supportable, transparent, and not double-counted.Work alongside business owners to embed new metrics, models, dashboards, and decision routines into recurring management processes.Document data definitions, assumptions, procedures, and controls and transfer sustainable analytical ownership to the appropriate function.Key Deliverables:Transformation business cases and scenario modelsFinancial and operational models supporting enterprise tradeoff decisionsExecutive decision packages and concise ELT reportingPortfolio dashboards, milestone views, risk registers, and decision logsBenefit baselines, validation models, and value-realization reportingDocumented data definitions, analytical procedures, and sustainable handoffPreferred Qualifications & Experiences:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.5+ years of experience in financial analytics, business analytics, transformation, FP&A, operations, consulting, business intelligence, or a related role.Demonstrated experience developing business cases and complex financial or operational models.Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Qlik, or a similar visualization platform.Practical SQL capability and experience using Python, scripting, low-code automation, or similar tools for data preparation, modeling, analysis, or workflow automation.Ability to reconcile large or inconsistent datasets and explain analytical methods, assumptions, and conclusions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Strong executive communication, organization, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience with ERP, EPM, CRM, planning, manufacturing, data warehouse, or enterprise performance-management systems.Experience building capacity, demand, supply, pricing, cost, gross-margin, working-capital, or productivity models.Experience with APIs, Power Query, Power Automate, notebooks, Git, forecasting, statistical analysis, optimization, machine learning, or generative AI applications.Semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, electronics, capital equipment, high-mix manufacturing, supply chain, or operations experience.Advanced degree or relevant professional certification.What Success Looks Like:Success means leaders have a trusted, concise, technically sound, and financially grounded view of transformation priorities, decisions, progress, risks, adoption, and value.
