Job DescriptionThe Head of Digital Adoption Platform will lead the global implementation and optimization of WalkMe, driving its integration across Digital Realty’s major quote-to-cash processes and enterprise applications, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Carma, Oracle, and others. This role will spearhead a rapid deployment initiative, collaborating closely with external consultants, while establishing a robust, embedded network of advocates to maintain and enhance platform utility. The role will leverage analytics to identify user roadblocks and ensure a continuous improvement cycle through agile methodologies.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end global deployment of WalkMe across key business applications, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Manage external consultants and internal stakeholders through rapid platform deployment phases.
- Build and sustain an internal community of platform advocates to ensure continuous engagement and innovation.
- Analyze user interaction data to identify pain points and implement agile, data-driven improvements.
- Design and integrate training resources for seamless onboarding and adoption.
- Partner with business units to align platform functionalities with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and learning teams to integrate WalkMe features with existing training programs.
- Stay updated on digital adoption platform trends and apply best practices.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for platform projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation or IT project management.
- Strong expertise in deploying and managing WalkMe or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with enterprise applications like Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
