Job Overview:


Are you a certified ScrumMaster who thrives at the intersection of agile facilitation and operational excellence? Our client is seeking a Digital Transformation Coordinator to become the backbone of their Digital IT Transformation initiatives in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a unique opportunity to combine your agile expertise with strategic coordination, ensuring transformation programs run smoothly while coaching teams toward continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES:


Agile Leadership & Team Empowerment

  • Serve as ScrumMaster for high-priority transformation initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams in adopting and refining agile methodologies
  • Coach stakeholders at all levels on agile principles, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and adaptive delivery
  • Proactively identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team progress, enabling sprint goals and program milestones to be achieved consistently


Strategic Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Design and facilitate transformation office meetings, agile ceremonies, and strategic workshops that drive alignment and decision-making
  • Act as the communication hub between stakeholders, leadership, and project teams, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration across the organization
  • Maintain comprehensive meeting documentation including agendas, action items, and minutes with disciplined follow-through


Documentation Excellence & Program Visibility

  • Build and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of transformation initiatives, tracking decisions, progress, and outcomes
  • Create sophisticated templates, dashboards, and reports that provide leadership with real-time program visibility and insights
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to governance standards and industry best practices, supporting audit readiness and knowledge continuity


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification (PSM, SAFe SM, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams through transformation initiatives
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced proficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as Clarity PPM, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience working across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, actionable documentation
  • Experience with governance frameworks and documentation best practices in enterprise IT environments
  • Self-motivated professional who can work independently while fostering team collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Background supporting IT transformation programs, digital initiatives, or enterprise change management efforts


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced agile certifications (A-CSM, CSP, SAFe Program Consultant)
  • Experience with transformation management methodologies and change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ITIL principles
  • Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SmartSheet)
