Guide Transformation Analyst, AI & Governance

6 Months contract –     later C2H (Contract to Hire)

McLean , VA – On-site   M-F  

Must Have Qualifications:

  •  2-5 years of relevant experience with a strong mortgage background.
  • Excellent communication, writing, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to review and support changes / updates to guides and ensure they are aligned with policy and governance standards.
  • Familiar with AI tools.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative.

Position Overview

Seeking a Guide Transformation Analyst, AI & Governance to support the governance, maintenance, optimization, and modernization of Seller/Servicer Guide and customer-facing content. The role will collaborate with Policy, Legal, Product, Servicing, Credit, Customer Experience, and Technology teams to ensure content is accurate, governed, searchable, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Guide governance, monthly publications, change management, and quality reviews.
  • Analyze Guide changes, including additions, deletions, relocations, renumbering, and title changes.
  • Maintain Guide governance mappings, inventories, version control, and documentation.
  • Review and optimize FAQs by identifying duplicate, outdated, conflicting, or missing content.
  • Analyze customer feedback, content usage, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Use Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, and automation to improve content governance and reduce manual effort.
  • Validate AI-generated content for policy accuracy, compliance, quality, and customer usability.
  • Support digital Guide quality, searchability, accessibility, readability, and content modernization initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on governance, publication, and content transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Content Management, Governance, Knowledge Management, Policy Administration, Mortgage Operations, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SharePoint, CMS, or knowledge management platforms.
  • Experience with Generative AI, prompt creation/optimization, AI governance, or Responsible AI.
  • Experience identifying automation opportunities and improving business processes.
