Job description

Global Dimensions is a HUBZone, service disabled, veteran-owned small business based in Fredericksburg, VA. We are a dynamic, expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence (analysts, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.).
Mission:
Drive strategic growth by identifying, qualifying, and capturing federal contracting opportunities that expand the company's portfolio across U.S. government agencies.
Essential Job Function:
  • Lead business development and capture efforts across the full federal procurement lifecycle-from opportunity identification through contract award.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with company capabilities, develop and execute win strategies, and foster strong relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Support proposal development by contributing to solutioning, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform growth strategy, while maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and reporting within CRM systems.

Requirements
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of business development, capture, or sales experience in federal contracting
  • Demonstrated success winning federal contracts (prime and/or subcontract)
  • Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes
  • Experience with contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, GSA Schedules)
  • Established network within federal agencies and/or government contractors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Desired Skills:
  • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, Special Operations, linguistics, intelligence, engineering, logistics, or related fields
  • Active security clearance (Secret or Top Secret)
  • Familiarity with tools such as GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, and USAspending
  • Capture management and/or proposal development experience
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APMP)
