This international company, with a key presence in the United States, has been in existence for many years. You would manage a staff of 4 Direct Reports in this role.


The Controller is responsible for leading all accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and delivering accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.

This role oversees a lean accounting team, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory/Cost Accounting, and Payroll, and serves as a key partner to Finance leadership, Operations, and Commercial teams.

The Controller will own the month-end close process, audit coordination, compliance, and accounting policies, while also supporting working capital management, revenue recognition, and process improvements.


-The company seeks not only an individual with financial-accounting acumen but also an individual with excellent people and communication skills, a motivator and team-builder as well.


Needed:


-A minimum of a BS or BA in Accounting or Finance


-ERP (Preferably SAP knowledge)

-Experience managing accounting-financial personnel

-Inventory & Cost Accounting

-Experience in leading a cohesive, united, financial team

-Timely financial closings

-Experience coaching, training and cross-functional development

-Have experience-responsibility over AR, AP, Cost Accounting, Payroll at some point in your career

-Have excellent people skills

-Have excellent communication skills

-Experience fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
