Job Description

As a COMSEC Analyst, you will execute a variety of critical lifecycle management functions to support our mission and the broader COMSEC enterprise. You will apply both technical expertise and program management skills to ensure the integrity, availability, and security of communication systems through rigorous oversight of equipment and keying material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management: Identify and monitor requirements for COMSEC equipment and keying material across their entire operational lifespan.
  • Logistics & Account Management: Support COMSEC logistics and provide direct supervision of COMSEC account management, ensuring precise inventory and safeguarding of assets.
  • Policy Development: Interpret existing COMSEC policies and develop new organizational standards to align with evolving mission needs and government regulations.
  • Audit & Compliance: Manage a comprehensive program for COMSEC inspections and audits. You will be responsible for identifying risks, conducting compliance checks, and ensuring full adherence to national security standards.
  • Enterprise Support: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on the proper handling, storage, and distribution of cryptographic materials.

Qualifications:

  • Security Clearance: Active TOP SECRET SCI access with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph is required
  • Core Experience: Demonstrated experience in COMSEC lifecycle management, including requirements management, equipment/key handling, and audit/compliance procedures.
  • NSA KMI Certified preferred
