CMM Programmer - Zeiss Calypso
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76137 (Onsite)
Employment Type: 12-Month + (Potential for Extension or Conversion)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with expertise in Zeiss Calypso to support precision manufacturing and quality assurance operations. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and maintain CMM programs, ensuring dimensional accuracy and compliance with engineering specifications. If you have a strong background in GD&T and CMM programming, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, validate, and optimize CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D models to create accurate inspection programs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and dimensional compliance.
  • Update CMM programs to support design changes and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot CMM programming and inspection-related issues.
  • Prepare inspection reports and technical documentation using Microsoft Office.
  • Communicate inspection results and recommendations with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience programming CMMs using Zeiss Calypso.
