Overview

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our dynamic team in Richfield, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and precision of our products through advanced measurement techniques. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CMM programs for various measurement tasks.
  • Conduct routine inspections and calibrations of measurement equipment.
  • Analyze measurement data and provide detailed reports on findings.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize measurement processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming and measurement issues as they arise.
  • Maintain documentation of measurement procedures and results.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on CMM programming and operation.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CMM programming, preferably with Zeiss or Mitutoyo systems.
  • Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Proficient in measurement software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
