Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager for a travel assignment in Southern California. This role focuses on care coordination, discharge planning, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities
