Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth efforts, strengthen client relationships, and expand our market presence.
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships, and aligning sales strategies with Pramira's growth objectives. The role requires a strong network, industry expertise, and a proactive approach to expanding our presence in key construction markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Development & Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Pipeline Management: Identify and track new business opportunities, from initial outreach to project acquisition.
  • Proposal & Bid Coordination: Work with marketing and estimating teams to prepare winning proposals and qualification packages.
  • Industry Networking: Represent Pramira at trade shows, industry events, and professional associations to enhance visibility and build connections.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with operations, estimating, and project management teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Sales & Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activity, opportunities, and market trends to leadership.
  • Travel: Occasional overnight travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven success in business development (construction industry experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to secure and maintain repeat business with national and regional clients
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction, tenant improvements, and design-build processes
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Established network within construction, real estate, and development sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales management tools
