To thrive as a Continuous Improvement Program Manager, you need expertise in process improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma), project management, and data analysis, typically supported by a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with process mapping tools, ERP systems, and certifications like Six Sigma Green or Black Belt are commonly required.
