Job description

Quality Management System Specialist.

The Quality Management Systems (QMS) Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the plant Quality Management System.

This role ensures compliance with IATF16949, ISO9001, applicable ISO standards, Autoliv policies, and Customer Specific Requirements while supporting the organization’s quality objectives and audit readiness.

What you'll do:
  • Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System

  • Ensure compliance with IATF16949 / ISO9001, Autoliv policies, and Customer Specific Requirements

  • Plan, execute, report, and follow up on internal system, process, and product audits

  • Coordinate and administer external audits (IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO17025, TISAX)

  • Coordinate customer audits in support of Customer Quality and plant leadership

  • Analyze audit results and define audit and improvement priorities

  • Lead or participate in problem-solving and corrective action teams related to audit findings

  • Coordinate Management Review activities and track action plans with plant leadership

  • Ensure correct distribution, control, and usage of current standards, procedures, and records

  • Maintain and improve common QMS systems and databases (CAPA, audit tracking, document control, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain the Management Manual

  • Ensure effectiveness and standardization of audit checklists (AS002, AS003, etc.)

  • Provide QMS training and coaching to cross-functional teams

  • Lead the plant standards committee

  • Perform internal system audits and maintain a pool of trained internal auditors

  • Provide weekly QMS reporting (audit findings, CAPA status, GoSeeFix, LPV, PFMEA Go & See)

  • Coordinate TISAX and cyber security audits and certifications
