  • Lead Transformation: Act as a change agent, inspiring teams to embrace continuous improvement and implement lean processes that elevate performance.
  • Apply Lean Tools: Utilize Lean Manufacturing methodologies to identify inefficiencies and develop sustainable, impactful solutions.
  • Mentor & Empower Teams: Train and guide associates on lean principles and problem-solving tools, building a company-wide culture of improvement.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Collect, interpret, and analyze process data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements to leadership.
  • Drive Project Success: Oversee product and process improvement initiatives, ensuring on-time completion, measurable results, and long-term sustainability.
  • Standardize Best Practices: Develop, validate, and implement manufacturing best practices across the organization to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Audit for Excellence: Conduct regular audits of Lean Manufacturing processes to monitor effectiveness and ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to align initiatives with company KPIs, including safety, quality, productivity, lead time, service, and cost.
  • Perform Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as needed to support organizational goals and continuous improvement efforts.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering. Emphasis in Lean Manufacturing, preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in implementation of operational improvement within the manufacturing environment. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate and influence direction. 
  • Knowledge of lean concepts and tools (5S, visual workplace, mistake proofing, PDCA, standard work, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools (Time studies, Layouts, KPIs, Value Added/Non-Value-added Analysis, etc.)
