Position Summary

Job Profile Summary
The Manager, Business Consultant supports process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organization. This role applies Lean Six Sigma methodologies, facilitates improvement events, and partners with stakeholders to analyze, redesign, and enhance business processes. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with experience in process mapping, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.


Required Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required)
  • Demonstrated hands-on application of Lean / Six Sigma tools to support process improvement initiatives
  • Process Improvement & Mapping
  • Experience supporting or leading process improvement efforts within a business or operational function
  • Proficiency in process mapping (e.g., SIPOC, swimlane diagrams, Value Stream Mapping)
  • Ability to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
  • Event Facilitation
  • Experience participating in and/or facilitating Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), or workshops

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
