Continuity Managers are professionals responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity plans within an organization. Their main goal is to ensure that critical business functions can continue or quickly resume during and after a disruption, such as a natural disaster, cyberattack, or other emergencies. They assess risks, coordinate with various departments, conduct training and simulations, and regularly update continuity strategies to minimize operational downtime.
