Job description

Our organization is actively looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to become part of our fellowship program within the Department of Emergency Medicine. We are excited to introduce a one-year fellowship focused on Emergency Medicine Medical Education.

The comprehensive curriculum is designed to equip the selected candidate with vital insights into learning theories, effective teaching methods for both lectures and bedside instruction, as well as study design. The fellow will have the chance to specialize in one or two areas, including undergraduate medical education, graduate medical education, simulation, or international medical education, collaborating with our Global Health faculty. During clinical shifts in our dynamic, high-acuity academic emergency department, the fellow will engage closely with medical students and residents. Mentorship will be provided by faculty members with a wide range of expertise and interests.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $203,000 to $213,000. This figure does not encompass variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the department's compensation framework. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed with candidates during the recruitment process.
