Job Summary:
The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm currently seeking a Sales Analyst for a prominent client. This role involves processing data for incentive compensation, supporting analytics, and assisting with business planning through data analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Process data & perform calculations for incentive compensation quarterly payouts including SPIFs
• Support quarterly analytics related to incentive compensation
• Support monthly business planning meetings through data analysis
• Assist with documentation of incentive compensation process and calculations
Qualifications:
Required:
• HS Diploma
• Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Power query, Power pivot, Advanced calculations)
• Problem-Solving mindset and strong attention to detail
Preferred:
• bachelor’s degree
• Experience with DOMO and/or Power BI
• Previous work with incentive compensation programs
