We are seeking a senior Program Manager with strong executive presence and proven delivery leadership across complex, multi workstream technology and business transformation programs. Prior experience with InTAP or similar revenue/time systems is a plus.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead integration of roadmaps, dependencies, and sequencing across multiple NTAP workstreams
  • Drive vendor governance, performance management, and issue escalation
  • Provide executive level reporting, decision framing, and risk/impact communication
  • Partner with IT and firm leadership to manage change during high impact transitions
  • Oversee business process engineering efforts across intake, time, and revenue processes
  • Support change management planning for the shift from on prem to cloud and adoption of new intake/conflicts tools
  • Ensure alignment across program, business stakeholders, and parallel transformation initiatives

Who You Are:
  • 10-12+ years of program/project management experience leading enterprise transformation
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable engaging senior leadership
  • Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems and multi-platform implementations
  • Background in legal, professional services, or revenue/time systems preferred
  • Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment and fit well within a collaborative, change-heavy culture
