About the Position: This position is with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, Programs and Project Management Division, Program Management Branch located in Rock Island, IL. Up to 25% of this position's duties involve supervisory responsibilities.Qualifications:

Specialized Experience for the GS-14:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes developing schedules for major program/projects which require budget planning, design, construction execution, manpower needs, establishing timelines, and encompassing corporate goals and objectives; overseeing all phases of major program/projects to assure integration and consistence of quality; effectively communicating project information with stakeholders and other various agencies; providing leadership and guidance to project managers and other technical support personnel.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).Education:This job does not have an education qualification requirement.Employment Type: OTHER
