Job description

G amp;T Industries is an employee-owned manufacturing company located in Jasper. We currently have an opening in a high paced environment for a second shift production supervisor. This is a hands-on supervisory role that reports directly to the Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role, and will be responsible for coordinating manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently in order to achieve daily production schedules. Other duties will include workforce training, meeting quality standards, supporting lean initiatives, and providing input for employee performance appraisals.
Working hours are Monday through Thursday, 3:30PM – 2AM with occasional overtime.
