Trinity Services is a growing restoration and roofing company serving Knoxville and surrounding counties. We specialize in water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, roofing, exteriors, and reconstruction services. We are seeking an experienced Restoration Production Manager to lead and grow our mitigation division.
Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned restoration professional with a proven track record managing water, fire, mold, and contents restoration operations. This individual will oversee day-to-day production, manage crews, maintain relationships with TPAs and insurance partners, ensure job profitability, and help drive division growth.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands both operations and business development within the restoration industry.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in restoration management, strong leadership skills, experience working with TPAs and insurance programs, and a thorough understanding of Xactimate, restoration operations, and emergency services. This individual will work directly with the General Manager and ownership to help strengthen and grow the restoration division.
Required Experience
* Minimum 5 years of restoration management experience
* Extensive experience managing:
* Water mitigation
* Fire and smoke restoration
* Mold remediation
* Contents restoration
* HVAC duct cleaning
* Biohazard/trauma cleanup
* Strong understanding of restoration estimating and job costing
* Experience with:
* Xactimate
* PSA (preferred)
* Encircle (preferred)
* Moisture mapping and documentation
* IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, OCT, etc.)
TPA & Insurance Requirements
Candidate must have experience working with:
* Contractor Connection
* Alacrity
* Sedgwick
* Next Gear
* CoreLogic
* Other major insurance and TPA networks
Must understand:
* TPA scorecards
* Cycle times
* Documentation requirements
* Carrier compliance
* Job profitability while maintaining TPA standards
Responsibilities
* Manage all restoration production operations
* Lead mitigation technicians and crew chiefs
* Coordinate emergency response services
* Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
* Review estimates and scopes for accuracy and bill adjusters/homeowners
* Monitor gross profit margins
* Oversee equipment utilization and maintenance
* Conduct job audits and quality control inspections
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance
* Recruit, train, and develop restoration team members
* Build relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners
* Develop strategies to grow the mitigation division
