Blue Kangaroo Packoutz of Rochester, NY is a contents restoration company dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses restore items after property damage. We inventory, clean, store, and return your belongings post-restoration. Our team collaborates with property owners, insurance professionals, and restoration contractors to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Our mission is to help individuals and businesses rebuild their lives, one item at a time.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restoration Technician located in the Rochester, New York Metropolitan Area. The Restoration Technician will be responsible for assessing and restoring items affected by water damage, conducting mitigation efforts, and ensuring proper communication with clients and partners. Daily tasks include inventory management, cleaning and restoration of items, and coordinating with the broader restoration team to deliver timely solutions.

Strong Communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Previous experience in restoration or related fields is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in restoration is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Schedule:
