We are a Restoration and Contents division specializing in packout, inventory, cleaning, and storage of customer belongings following water, fire, mold, or other property losses. Our team works with care, precision, and professionalism to help families and businesses recover their valued items. As we continue expanding across markets, We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in hands-on work and want long-term growth within a fast-moving company.


Position Summary

The Mover / Packout Technician is responsible for packing, moving, photographing, inventorying, cleaning, and organizing customer contents affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages.

This role includes physical labor, careful handling of personal belongings, and accurate digital inventory tracking using mobile devices or tablets. Work is performed in both customer homes/businesses and warehouse storage environments.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and professionalism when working in sensitive environments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Pack, wrap, and protect customer contents following company standards
  • Move, load, and unload items from job sites to storage locations
  • Photograph and document items using digital inventory systems
  • Clean and restore contents using approved methods and equipment
  • Label boxes, bins, and storage vaults accurately for tracking and organization
  • Assist with lifting furniture, appliances, and heavy household items
  • Maintain clean and safe work environments at job sites and warehouse facilities
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Work collaboratively with Packout crews, drivers, and project managers
Qualifications
  • Experience in moving, warehouse work, restoration, cleaning, or general labor preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Comfortable working in damaged structures and varying environments
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Valid driver’s license preferred (if driving duties assigned)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to use smartphones, tablets, or inventory systems for documentation
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items (50+ lbs regularly)
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
  • Work in hot, cold, wet, or otherwise challenging environments
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
