What You'll Do
The Omni Channel Analyst plays a key role in driving the flawless execution of our omni-channel initiatives at the retailer level. This position is responsible for maximizing market impact through the day-to-day management, monitoring and analysis of Mizkan's e-commerce and digital shelf performance. The Analyst, Omni Channel will evaluate performance across key retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Target), identifying opportunities to improve conversion and sales, and support the optimization of digital shelf content and website experiences. This role partners closely with Brand Sales, E-Commerce, and Agency teams to translate data into actionable insights that strengthen Mizkan's competitive position online.
Essential Functions:
  • E-Commerce Performance
    • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking sales, traffic, conversion, and digital shelf KPIs across Mizkan's key retailer partners.
    • Integrate data across multiple platforms (retailer portals, retail media, digital shelf, and website analytics) to create a unified view of performance.
    • Link results to retail media activity (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect) to assess impact, quantify ROI, and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Translate data into actionable insights to improve commercial performance and ROI.
  • Shopper Insights & Commerce Optimization
    • Analyze shopper behavior, search trends, and product performance to identify opportunities to improve targeting and conversion.
    • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for retail media audience targeting and search/keyword strategies.
    • Support and measure test-and-learn initiatives to quantify the impact of changes in targeting, content, and media.
  • Search & Discovery Optimization (SEO / Digital Shelf / AI)
    • Support development of capabilities to monitor search visibility holistically across traditional search engines (e.g., Google search), retailer search (i.e., Walmart.com), and emerging answer engines (e.g., Chat GPT).
    • Support optimization of product content and listings to improve performance across search, retail algorithms, and AI-driven discovery platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze impact of product content, ratings & reviews on search performance and conversion.
    • Identify opportunities to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Amazon Channel Development Support
    • Support Amazon performance tracking, content optimization, and growth analysis.
    • Assist in identifying growth levers across assortment, pricing, and media.
    • Partner with agency to improve reporting, measurement, and identify test & learn opportunities to increase business outcomes.
  • Website & Owned Channel Analytics
    • Track website performance (traffic, engagement, conversion).
    • Support ongoing optimization initiatives across Mizkan's brands websites.
    • Partner with internal and external teams to identify UX and content improvements.
  • Perform other duties assigned that support the overall success of the team, department, or organization. This may include participating in cross-functional initiatives, contributing to process improvements, or assisting with special projects as needed.

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital analytics, or CPG marketing, preferred
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into action
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or retail media platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools preferred
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital shelf optimization , preferred
  • Experience supporting third-party vendors relationships and assist with managing budgets

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
  • Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling office equipment.
  • Ability to view computer screens and read printed materials for prolonged periods.
  • Occasional standing, walking, and reaching within the office environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment weighing up to 10-15 lbs.
  • Adequate hearing and speech to communicate effectively in person and via phone/video.
  • Travel up to 10%.

Compensation & Benefits
  • The salary range is $76,000 - $100,000 per year
  • This is an exempt position and is not eligible to receive overtime pay
    • Note: Compensation is based on several factors and may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
  • This role is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive Bonus
  • A full range of medical, dental, vision, 401K plus up-to-four percent (4%) match, profit sharing, wellness program, paid parental leave, long-term-care insurance, critical accident insurance, short- and long-term disability and education assistance are also available
