Job description

Content Operations Specialist (Seismic Platform)

Chicago, IL (5 days onsite)

12-Month Contract

W2 Rate $42/hr

  • Role does not involve managing website content.
  • Role does not involve content merging or web publishing activities.


This is a junior-mid level role with experience in content operations

Required Experience

  • Strong Seismic experience will get priority โ€“ similar experience will be considered (i.e. Highspot, Showpad, Bigtincan, Clearslide, etc)
  • 2+ years experience with content management platforms and publishing operations.
  • Background in content workflows and operational processes.
  • Focused on content management and content publishing operations within Seismic.
  • Experience supporting content operations teams is preferred.
  • Responsible for managing and growing content libraries that support sales teams.
  • Heavy emphasis on content governance, metadata management, and workflow processes.
  • Asset management experience preferred.
  • Financial services industry experience is highly desirable.
